2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One student account is for one person and may not be shared or resold.
3. Subscriptions and trial
Individual monthly (£12.99 per month) and Individual annual (£89.88 for 12 months, saving 42%) plans begin with a 7-day free trial. The Business plan costs £299.60 for each six-month subscription period and includes access for up to five named staff members; it does not include the individual-plan free trial. Plans automatically renew at the displayed interval unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. Prices are set in pounds sterling. Where supported, Stripe automatically presents a converted local-currency price at checkout. Taxes and the final currency are shown before confirmation.

4. Cancellation and statutory rights
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the paid period. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
5. Learning and AI limitations
ServeSpeak provides educational practice, not guaranteed employment, certification by a government body, legal advice or safety-critical professional advice. AI responses can be inaccurate. Students must follow their employer’s procedures, especially for allergies, emergencies, payments and guest safety.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt systems, scrape course content, upload unlawful material or use AI practice to harm, deceive or harass others.
7. Intellectual property
Course lessons, workbooks, branding, assessments and app materials belong to ServeSpeak or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use them for learning.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep ServeSpeak available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from AI output. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these terms. You may request account closure by emailing us. Associated personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ServeSpeak in the United Kingdom, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
